    Beef-stuffed peppers

    Keep a jar of pasta suace handy to rustle up speedy weeknight meals

    • Preparation time: 10 minutes to 15 minutes
    • Cooking time: 20 minutes to 25 minutes

    Serves: 3

    Ingredients

    • 250g essential Waitrose British Beef Lean Mince
    • 2 essential Waitrose courgettes, diced
    • 500g jar, Knorr Onion & Roasted Garlic Bolognese Sauce
    • 3 essential Waitrose mixed peppers

    Method

    1. Preheat the oven to 200°C, gas mark 6. Cook the mince in a large frying pan until browned. Stir in the diced courgettes along with a 500g jar of Knorr Onion & Roasted Garlic Bolognese sauce.
    2. Season well. Halve and deseed the peppers. Place on a baking tray lined with baking parchment and divide the mince between them. Bake for 20-25 minutes, until the peppers and tender and the mince is cooked through.
