    Bierwurst and Potato Salad

    Germany is famous for its spicy sausages, pâtés, hams and salamis. We bring you a selection of traditional favourites for you to enjoy.

    Serves: 4


    • 450g cooked, baby potatoes
    • 1 x 200g German Bierwürst
    • 6 chopped onions
    • 3 tbsp mayonnaise
    • 3 tbsp natural yogurt
    • Salt
    • Freshly ground black pepper
    • Chopped chives


    1. Dice 450g cooked, baby new potatoes and 1 x 200g pack German Bierwürst. Place in a bowl and combine with 6 chopped salad onions.
    2. Mix together 3tbsp mayonnaise and 3tbsp natural yogurt. Season with salt and pepper and fold into the salad. Garnish with chopped chives.
