    Bill Granger's Chilli, sausage and broccoli pizza

    Makes: Makes 1 Pizza

    Ingredients

    • 1 pizza base, rolled out
    • 4 tbsp simple tomato sauce
    • 2 broccoli florets, thinly sliced
    • 1 good-quality sausage, skinned and crumbled
    • ½ ball buffalo mozzarella, torn
    • pinch chilli flakes

    Method

    1. Spread the pizza base with the tomato sauce, using the back of a spoon. Top with the broccoli, sausage, mozzarella and chilli; season. Bake for 8–10 minutes.
