    Blinis with Crème Fraîche and Salmon

    Ingredients

    Cocktail Blinis
    Crème Fraîche
    Chopped chives
    1 pinch black pepper
    Slivers of smoked Scottish Salmon

    Method

    1. For a cool hors d'oeuvre, spread cocktail blinis generously with crème fraîche. Sprinkle with chopped chives and a pinch of black pepper and top with slivers of Scottish smoked salmon.
    2. You can then top these with more blinis to create little sandwiches, or serve them open. You can also substitute a thin coating of butter and a squeeze of lemon juice for the crème fraîche.
