    Blue Cheese Dressing

    Try this Gorgonzola dressing spooned over grilled or barbecued steaks.

    Serves: 4 - 6

    Ingredients

    • 100g gorgonzola
    • 1 tsp clear honey
    • 150g pot Waitrose Greek-Style Yogurt
    • 1-2 tbsp milk
    • Black pepper, to season

    Method

    1. Crumble 100g Gorgonzola into a bowl. Drizzle with 1 tsp clear honey and, with a fork, gradually mix in a 150g pot Waitrose Greek-Style Yogurt until it forms a creamy dressing.
    2. If too thick, add 1-2 tbsp of milk, then season with black pepper. Serve with steaks and this salad: tip a 200g pack Waitrose Continental Gourmet Salad into a large bowl, add 1 sliced avocado and a handful of sliced radished. Spoon over dressing. Also works well as a dip for crudités.

    Cook's tip: if Gorgonzola is too strong, you might like to try dolcelatte in the dressing for a milder taste.
