Serves: 8 as a starter or cheese course
2 x 250g packs Tunworth Cheese (or 2 x 250g boxed Camembert)
6 sprigs thyme, plus extra to serve
50g walnut pieces
4 Perfectly Ripe Conference Pears
8 fresh figs
4 tsp orange blossom honey
Prepare to the end of step 1, cover and keep in the fridge for up to 24 hours then continue from step 2.
