    Broccoli and cheese bake

    • Preparation time: 5 minutes to 10 minutes
    • Cooking time: 20 minutes to 25 minutes
    • Total time: 25 minutes to 35 minutes 35 minutes

    Serves: 4 - 6


    • 300g essential Waitrose farfalle
    • 375g essential Waitrose brocolli, cut into small florets
    • 1 Clove garlic, crushed
    • 1 tbsp Olive oil
    • 475g jar Knorr White Lasagne Sauce
    • 75g essential Waitrose Cheddar, grated


    1. Preheat the oven to 180°C, gas mark 4. Cook 300g farfalle pasta according to pack instructions.
    2. Cut 375g brocolli into small florets and boil until tender. Gently cook 1 crushed clove garlic in olive oil for a minute, then stir in a 475g jar Knorr White Lasagne Sauce.
    3. Stir in the drained pasta and broccoli. Pour into a large ovenproof dish and sprinkle with 75g cheddar, grated. Place in the oven and bake for 20-25 minutes, until golden brown and bubbling.
