    Broccoli and Orange Noodles with Tofu

    Stir-frying is a quick and convenient method of cooking and, because little fat is added, it's healthy too. Keep a supply of Amoy ingredients in your store cupboard and you will be able to create an imaginative meal in minutes.

    Serves: 2


    • 1 orange
    • 2 tbsp Amoy Dark Soy Sauce
    • 2 tsp clear honey
    • 2 tbsp sunflower oil
    • 250g broccoli, cut into small florets
    • 4 salad onions, washed and chopped
    • 400g sachet Amoy Straight to Wok Vegetables
    • 150g pack Cauldron Foods Marinated Organic Tofu Pieces
    • 2 x 150g sachets Amoy Straight to Wok New Noodles


    1. Finely grate the orange zest and squeeze the juice. Mix with the soy sauce and honey.
    2. Heat the oil in a wok, add the broccoli and salad onions and stir-fry for 2 minutes. Drain the Amoy Straight to Wok Vegetables, rinse well under running cold water and drain thoroughly. Add to the pan and stir well. Stir in the soy and orange mixture and bring to the boil. Reduce the heat, cover the wok and cook for 5 minutes, until the broccoli is just tender.
    3. Add the tofu and cook for a further minute or so, then add the noodles and toss thoroughly into all the other ingredients until heated through. Serve immediately.

    For a non-vegetarian version, replace the tofu with chunks of cooked chicken.
