    Caramelised Onion and Beef Open Sandwiches

    Serves: 4

    Ingredients

    • 4 Waitrose Olive Petit Paves or Petit Pain Rustiques
    • 170g tub Waitrose Garlic & Herb Fresh Dip
    • 1/2 tsp Bay Tree Caramelised Onions
    • 1 handful watercress
    • 8 slices of handcarved British beef

    Method

    1. Halve 4 Waitrose Olive Petit Paves or Petit Pain Rustiques. Spread with a 170g tub Waitrose Garlic & Herb Fresh Dip plus ½ tsp Bay Tree Caramelised Onions per half.
    2. Divide a handful of watercress and 8 slices of handcarved British beef (from the deli counter) between the halves.
