Nice classic

  • Total time: 30 Minutes

Serves: 4


  • White Wine, half a bottle
    Creme Fresh, half a tub
    Streaky Bacon, cubes
    Onion, chopped
    2 Garlic Cloves, chopped
    Egg Yolk
    Olive Oil
    Vegetable Stock, fresh
    Linguine, fresh
    Small Mushrooms, chopped
    Parsley. chopped


  1. Fry bacon with garlic, onion and mushrooms (try not to use olive oil) Add stock, mix Add salt and pepper Pour in white wine and simmer to reduce Add Creme fresh sir and simmer
  2. Boil Linguine (with olive oil and salt and pepper) Drain and mix in sauce then an egg yolk to stick the sauce to linguine Mix in parmesan and parsley Salad
