    Cauliflower and broccoli cheese

    • 600g cauliflower and broccoli florets
    • 200g essential Waitrose smoked British bacon lardons
    • 700g four cheese sauce
    • 100g Cooks’ Ingredients sunkissed tomatoes, drained
    • 30g Cooks’ Ingredients breadcrumbs


    1. Preheat the oven to 220C, gas mark 7. Cut any larger caulifl ower and broccoli florets in half, and cook in boiling water for 2–3 minutes. Drain and tip into an ovenproof dish.
    2. Meanwhile, fry the lardons for 2–3 minutes, until golden. Remove from the heat, stir in the cheese sauce and sunkissed tomatoes, and season.
    3. Pour the cheese sauce over the cauliflower and broccoli. Top with the breadcrumbs and bake for 8–10 minutes, until it’s golden on top and bubbling at the edges.
