    Centenary Wine Cup

This fruity, summery wine cup can be assembled in minutes if all the ingredients have been well chilled in advance. Use a sweet white wine such as Sauternes or Montbazillac.

    • Vegetarian

    Makes: about 1.5 litres

    • ½ x 220g can Waitrose Apricot Halves in Fruit Juice
    • 750ml sweet white wine
    • 450ml Waitrose Pure Orange Juice
    • 200ml Waitrose Pure Pineapple Juice
    • 2 tbsp lemon juice
    • Fresh mint sprigs, to decorate

    1. Drain the apricot halves, reserving the juice. Mix the juice with the wine and other juices.
    2. Cut the apricots into wafer-thin slices. Pour the wine mixture into a large jug over a little crushed ice and top with the apricots. Decorate each glass with sprigs of fresh mint.
