    Chantenay Carrots (for 10)

    Ingredients

    • 1250g Chantenay carrots
    • 50g butter

    Method

    1. Trim the carrots, place in a pan and just cover with cold water. Cover and bring to the boil, simmer for 5-6 minutes until tender. Drain and add the butter and seasoning.
