    Char-grilled Pineapple Slices

    Serves: 4

    Ingredients

    • 425g tin pineapple slices in syrup, drained
    • 1 tbsp vegetable oil

    Method

    1. Preheat a ridged griddle pan over a medium heat. Brush each pineapple ring with a little oil, then griddle them, in batches, for 2 minutes each side until 'branded.'
    2. Serve hot with ice cream or crème fraiche.
