    Cheese and Chilli Tortilla

    A quick and simple tasty snack. Serve alone as a snack or with a salad for a light lunch.

    • Total time: 5mins

    Serves: 1


    • 1 Tortilla Wrap
      Handful of grated Cheese (any but I used Cheddar)
      A good squirt of Sweet Chilli Sauce


    1. Heat a tortilla up in a large frying pan. When it's warmed, sprinkle on evenly the cheese and squirt enough sauce to cover the pancake.
    2. Cook until tortilla is crispy and the cheese is starting to melt. Fold in half (you can check if the tortilla is crispy) If it's soft, you can heat if for longer and turn over if necessary. When ready slide carefully onto a plate.
    3. Serve on it's own or with a green salad. Warning, filling can be very hot!
