    Cherry and Meringue Cups

    Serves: 4

    Ingredients

    • 250g Galbani Ricotta Cheese
    • 150g Waitrose Greek Style Natural Yogurt
    • 4 Walkers Meringue Nests
    • 4 Turkish Cherries

    Method

    1. Combine a 250g tub of Galbani Ricotta cheese and a 150g tub of Waitrose Greek Style Natural Yogurt. Fold in 4 Walkers Meringue Nests, crushed. Layer with halved, stoned Turkish cherries in 4 glasses. Serve at once.
