Cherry Tomatoes Filled with Tabouleh
12 cherry tomatoes
4 tbsp ready-made tabouleh (from the salad counter)
Slice a sliver off the base of 12 cherry tomatoes to enable them to stand on a plate. Slice enough off the top of each tomato to allow you to hollow them out; this can be done with the tip of a paring knife. Carefully fill each tomato with ready-made tabouleh (from the salad counter); this can be done with the tip of a knife and you'll need about 4 tbsp in all. Fill the tomatoes so that a little tabouleh overflows at the top. Chill until serving. These can be prepared up to 12 hours in advance.
