    Chicken & mushroom pasta

    this sounds boring----but is so tasty xxx

    • Total time: 25-30 mins.

    Serves: 4


    • 4 boneless-skinless chicken breasts (strips)
      1 tin creamed mushrooms
      250g wafer thin ham (strips)
      200g chesnut mushrooms (sliced)
      1 Green Pepper (sliced)
      200g grated parmessan (dry is ok) save half for serving
      425ml (large tub) creme fraiche
      fresh garlic (as much as you like---i usually use 1 or 2 cloves)
      seasoning to taste

      large bag of dried tagliatelle verdi


    1. Fry chicken strips, garlic, pepper strips and mushroom slices until chicken cooked.
    2. Add tin of creamed mushrooms (don't worry, it looks a little 'gloopy' at this point!.) stir well together.
    3. Add creme fraiche and mix well. Add strips of ham and stir in 1/2 the parmessan.
    4. Cook tagliatelle to packet instructions.
    5. Combine sauce and pasta and serve in a BIG bowl, sprinkled with remaining parmessan.
