chicken curry

a simple way to do a curry plus you don't need to watch it while it cooks.

Serves: 2


  • one freshly cooked chicken ( make sure it is hot )
    1 jar of korma sauce
    100g of closed cup mushrooms ( 4 )
    100g of frozen peas
    2 packs of uncle bens express basmalti rice
    1 pack of 2 garlic and coriander naan breads


  1. warm the korma sauce in a saucepan till very hot
  2. cut up the chicken and peel and chop the mushrooms into quarters. place chicken and mushrooms and peas in the saucepan and mix together
  3. place the curry in a slow cooker and cook on high for 3 hours once done cook the rice according to pack instructions and serve with garlic and coriander naan bread ( 2 ) enjoy x plus if you try this recipe let me know what you think.
