Chicken Supper

They all said yum !!

Serves: 5


  • 190ml creme fraiche
    190ml strong chicken stock
    250g shallots
    2 leeks
    Black pepper
    5 chicken breasts


  1. Cook chicken breasts in pan
  2. Quarter shallots and microwave till soft. Microwave leeks till soft. Add to pan with chicken breasts.
  3. Add stock and creme fraiche, season and cook until chicken is done.
