Chilli & Garlic Prawns

Perfect for grilling on the Barbeque on a summers afternoon or a a nibble at a party!
  • Total time: 15 minutes

Serves: 5

Ingredients

20 Not Cooked, Not peeled prawns
20g of butter
1 1/2 tsp of powdered garlic
1 tsp of chilli flakes

Method

Peel the shells, head and eggs of the prawn from underneath the body. Repeat for all prawns.
Pan fry the prawns in a little oil until they turn pink all through. Immeadiately tip the prawns into a bowl, add the butter, chilli flakes and garlic and using a spoon toss the prawns around in the bowl so they are covered in the butter, chilli and garlic.
Serve on a salad with either mayo or a marie rose sauce. Enjoy!
