    Chilli-Cheese Nachos

    Serves: 6


    • 200g waitrose spicy tortilla chips
    • 2 large tomatoes
    • ½ x 250g pack waitrose grated mozzarella
    • 2 large green chillies
    • Sprinkle black pepper
    • 170g guacamole dip


    1. Preheat the oven to 200°C, gas mark 6 or the grill to medium. Empty a 200g pack Waitrose Spicy Tortilla Chips onto a non-stick baking sheet. Top with 2 deseeded, roughly chopped, large ripe tomatoes, ½ x 250g pack Waitrose Grated Mozzarella and scatter over 2 deseeded and sliced green chillies.
    2. Season generously with freshly ground black pepper, then put into the oven or under the grill and cook for 5-8 minutes, until the cheese is bubbling and the tips of the nachos have browned. Transfer onto a platter and serve immediately with a 170g tub Waitrose Fresh Guacamole Dip.
