    Chocolate sauce

    Serves: 3 - 4

    Ingredients

    75ml whipping cream
    40g dark chocolate, cut into small pieces
    15g milk chocolate, cut into small pieces

    Method

    1. Bring the cream to the boil in a small saucepan, remove from the heat and whisk in the chocolate until melted.

    2. Serve immediately, or keep refrigerated for up to one week.
