    Chocolate Dipped Phyalis

    Serves: 6

    Ingredients

    • 1 pack of physalis
    • 55g melted plain chocolate

    Method

    1. Peel back the papery outer leaves from the physalis. Twist the leaves slightly to form 'handles'. Dip the fruit into 55g melted plain chocolate so that 1/3-1/2 of the fruit is coated.
    2. Leave to dry on non-stick paper. Serve with coffee.
