Cider mustard pork chops

A light refreshing meal, real wholesome food. save this recipe for a cold winters night!

  • Total time: 15 minutes

Serves: 2


  • 4 pork loin steaks
    2 table spoons of Wholegrain Mustard
    half a bottle of good quality dry cider.
    a dash of double cream

    pasta (optional)


  1. 1. heat a griddle pan with a small amount of oil and cook loin steaks on both sides. 2. Add the mustard and rub into the meat on both sides, allow some seeds to pop. 3. Add the cider and allow to simmer off. 3. remove steaks and place on a plate, scrape allthe juices and mix the sauce together. 4. serve pasta 5. add double cream to sauce until golden and then serve over the steaks and pasta. Enjoy!
