Cinnamon French Toast

This is a lovely recipe and it is ready in only 20 minutes!

Serves: 4


  • 4 eggs, 200 ml milk, 2tbsp cinnamon sugar, 1 tbsp cranberry jelly, 8 brioche slices, 20g butter, vanilla slice


  1. Beat 4 eggs, 200ml milk and 2tbsp cinnamon sugar.
  2. Spread 1tbsp cranberry jelly on each 4 of brioche slices and top with another slice.
  3. Heat 20g butter in a frying pan. Coat 1 brioche sandwich in the egg mix. Fry for 1-2 minutes each side; repeat with the others.
  4. Cut diagonally; serve with vanilla ice cream
