    • 2 x 300g packs Waitrose Colcannon
    • Butter
    • 1 pack fresh chives


    1. Simply add plenty of butter and chives to this Celtic dish of potatoes and cabbage for a tasty, robust accompaniment to the haggis. Heat 2 x 300g packs Waitrose Colcannon according to the pack instructions. Beat in a large knob of butter and 1 pack fresh chives, finely chopped. Spoon into a serving dish, cover with buttered foil and keep warm in the oven until ready to serve.
