    Country Bread Prawn and Feta Pizzas

    Waitrose fresh sauces can be found in the chiller cabinet, next to the fresh pasta and the garlic bread. Simply toss the sauces with pasta or try one of these quick after-work recipes for a tasty meal

    Serves: 6

    Ingredients

    • Fresh mint leaves
    • Freshly ground black pepper
    • A little olive oil
    • 300g cooked and peeled North Atlantic Prawns
    • Feta cheese
    • Waitrose Fresh Arrabbiata Sauce
    • Grande Mange Paysan loaf

    Method

    1. Preheat the oven to 200°C, gas mark 6. Split a Grande Mange Paysan loaf horizontally in half. Cut each half into three, and pour some Waitrose Fresh Arrabbiata Sauce over each piece.
    2. Scatter a little roughly diced feta cheese over the bread and bake for 10 minutes.Then scatter 300g cooked and peeled North Atlantic Prawns on top and drizzle with a little olive oil and some freshly ground black pepper.
    3. Return to the oven for a further 5 minutes until piping hot. Top with torn fresh mint leaves.
