The bird may be the main attraction, but what gives this feast its distinctive North American flavour are all the other little bits and pieces, such as this delicious relish. It's great on Thanksgiving, of course, but is superb with leftovers, too. For a decadent sandwich, slice a baguette, top with Brie, melt under the grill and spread a fine layer of relish on top.
