    Cranberry Sauce 1

    Serves: 6 - 8


    • 200g sugar
    • 675ml water
    • 450g cranberries
    • 7.5cm strip orange peel


    1. Put the sugar and water in a pan over a medium heat. Stir until sugar dissolves. Boil for 5 minutes to make a syrup.
    2. Add the cranberries. Simmer for 5 minutes, until the berries pop. Remove from the heat and add the orange peel.
    3. Cool, then serve with roast turkey.
