    Creamy Chicken and Bacon Bake

    a lovely bake that the whole of the family will adore!. it serves 3-4 and is best served with pasta or rice

    • Total time: 30mins

    Serves: 3


    • 3 Chicken Breasts
      2-3 Rashers of bacon
      2 cans of Batchelor's Cream of Chicken/Mushroom Soup
      1/2 a tin of sweetcorn
      100g of mozzerela
      a bunch of spring onions
      75ml of milk
      a chicken stock cube
      Freshly ground salt and pepper


    1. Preheat the oven to 175 c In a large pan/wok cook the chicken for about 5 minutes or until thoroughly cooked crumble the stock cube and stir until covered
    2. add the bacon and cook it for about 3 minutes,
    3. add the cans of soup, the milk, the sweetcorn, and the onions, at this stage you could add cooked pasta
    4. transfer to a large oven proof dish sprinkle over some cheese and bake for 20mins meanwhile if you are having rice start cooking it now!.
    5. the bake should be crisp on the top, serve immediatly
