Creamy Swiss Muesli

My girls love muesli, especially when served with fresh fruit. This is a luxurious version, soaked overnight to make it deliciously moist and rich. I like to add extra raisins, but you could also add other chopped dried fruits such as apricots, peaches, mangoes or pears. It is best to buy Swiss-style muesli which contains raw oats and bran rather than the toasted crunchy cereals. If liked, add fresh fruit such as sliced strawberries, raspberries and bananas.
