    Croissants with Smoked Trout and Cream Cheese

    Lightly toasted bagels, warmed sun-dried ciabatta or any of your favourite speciality breads may be used as an alternative to croissants.

    Ingredients

    • 1 x pack Waitrose All Butter Croissants 4's, warmed
    • 1 x 125g pack Light Philadelphia Cream Cheese with Garlic & Herbs
    • 1 x 120g pack Waitrose Scottish Smoked Trout, each slice halved lengthways

    Method

    1. Split each croissant in half and spread liberally with the cream cheese. Top each half with a piece of smoked trout.
    2. Season well with pepper, garnish with a little dill and serve immediately.
