    Cuban Master

    Rum and cognac with tropical flavours of orange and pineapple

    Serves: 1


    • ½ shot Santa Teresa Gran Reserva Rum
    • 1 shot Courvoisier V.S.O.P. Cognac
    • 2 shots orange juice
    • 2 shots pineapple juice
    • ½ shot freshly squeezed lemon juice
    • ½ shot sugar syrup
    • Pineapple wedge, for garnishing


    1. Shake the first 6 ingredients with ice, fine strain into a chilled tall glass and garnish
