    Cumberland Whorl Sausages

    Traditional curled sausages with herbs. Allow 1 whorl per person.

    Serves: Serves 4. Allow 1 whorl per person.

    Ingredients

    • Traditional curled sausages with herbs.
    • Chopped chives for sprinkiling
    • 550g new potatoes
    • 2tbsp Hellmann's Light Mayonnaise
    • 2tbsp milk
    • Salt and frshly ground black pepper

    Method

    1. Place under a preheated grill or on the barbecue, allowing 6 minutes each side or until thoroughly cooked. Serve with homemade potato salad.
    2. To serve 4 people, cook 550g new potatoes, cool, peel and dice. Mix 2tbsp Hellmann's Light Mayonnaise with 2tbsp milk, fold in the potatoes, add salt and pepper and sprinkle with chopped chives.
