    Ingredients

    • 450g plain flour
    • 4 tsp baking powder
    • 1 tsp salt

    Method

    1. Mix all the ingredients, then add about 250ml water to form a soft dough (you may need more).
    2. Roll pieces of dough into long fingers, and twist them around rosemary spears or wooden skewers, which should be soaked in water first. Cook over a hot barbecue until golden.
