This chutney takes only minutes to prepare and keeps for weeks in the fridge. It is great served with all manner of dishes, from spicy casseroles to sandwiches.
Makes: about 300g
Replace the maple syrup with half the quantity of Waitrose Romanian Coriander Honey. Vary the flavours of this chutney by using other dried fruits, such as figs or apricots.
Typical values per serving:
