    Dip and Carrots

    • Vegetarian

    Serves: 4


    • 2 large carrots, peeled
    • 170g tub taramasalata
    • Olive oil (optional)
    • Freshly ground pepper (optional)


    1. Cut the carrots into chunky batons. Transfer the taramasalata to a bowl, drizzle with a little oil and scatter with pepper if you like. Surround with the carrots, and serve. If you don't like taramosalata, try a sour cream and chive dip instead.
