    Dublin Bay Prawns with Sesame Dressing

    • Preparation time: 10 minutes
    • Cooking time: 5 minutes
    • Total time: 15 minutes 15 minutes

    Serves: 4 as a starter


    • 2 tablespoons sesame seeds
    • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
    • 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
    • 3 tablespoons Kikkoman soy sauce
    • 16 Dublin bay prawns or langoustines, cooked


    1. Toast the sesame seeds in a dry frying pan over a medium heat for 30-60 seconds until they start to pop and turn golden brown. Remove from the heat and stir in the oils and soy sauce.
    2. Pile the prawns or langoustines on a large plate. Spoon over some of the dressing and serve, serving the remaining dressing separately.
