    Duck Pâtè and Farmhouse Bread

    Ingredients

    • 2 slices of wholemeal farmhouse bread
    • Duck pâté with Champagne and truffle
    • Cucumber

    Method

    1. For a hearty, gamey lunch for 1, top a thick slice of buttered wholemeal farmhouse bread with a 1cm-thick slice of duck pâté with Champagne and truffle (available at Waitrose deli counters.)
    2. Top with several thin slices of cucumber and cap with another thick slice of buttered wholemeal bread.
