    Easy Fish Pie 1

    Serves: 2 - 3

    Ingredients

    • 300g smoked cod
    • 8 cherry tomatoes
    • 350g carton of Waitrose Fresh Florentina Sauce.
    • 2 x 300g packs of Colcannon

    Method

    1. Place 300g smoked cod, skinned and cut into chunks, in a 1 litre ovenproof dish. Add 8 cherry tomatoes, halved, and pour over a 350g carton of Waitrose Fresh Florentina Sauce.
    2. Heat 2 x 300g packs of Colcannon (ready-made mash with cabbage from the chiller cabinet) according to pack instructions and spoon evenly over fish. Dot with butter. Bake in a preheated oven 190°C, gas mark 5, for 25-30 minutes, until golden.

    Variation

    Use ready-made Tomato and Mascarpone sauce and Waitrose Fresh Cheddar Mash.
