    English Outdoor Rhubarb

    Ingredients

    • Clotted cream, for serving
    • A squeeze of orange juice
    • A little crystalised ginger
    • Soft brown sugar, for sprinkling
    • Rhubarb sticks piled into a parchment parcel

    Method

    1. Pile ingredients into a parchment parcel and bake until tender.
