This simple fruit salad makes the most of lychees and other exotic fruits currently in season. As well as tasting good, it will boost your body with some of the extra vitamins and minerals that are essential during winter.
Try this recipe as a breakfast dish. Simply prepare the fruits without the lime syrup and serve with very low fat yogurt and a trickle of maple syrup or clear honey.
