Falafel, which are lightly spiced Middle Eastern snacks made from chickpeas, can be turned into a meal by adding easy-cook couscous, a fresh tomato relish and a Greek-style salad. Look out for our vegetarian prepacked range in the deli chiller cabinets - perfect for picnics and barbecues. The range includes Mushroom and Herb Sausages, Celery, Stilton and Walnut Pâté, and Organic Falafel.
Couscous can be eaten warm or cold. If you would like to prepare it ahead of time, it can be reheated in the microwave on high for 2-3 minutes.
