a toatsted Spelt wheat and multi seed bab with an organic poached egg, with shallow-fried orange and red peppers and spring onions, thick tomatoe slice on bottom of bab and a wallop of sprouted mustard seeds on top! sprinkle with sea salt and peper as required.. OLA!
