    a toatsted Spelt wheat and multi seed bab with an organic poached egg, with shallow-fried orange and red peppers and spring onions, thick tomatoe slice on bottom of bab and a wallop of sprouted mustard seeds on top! sprinkle with sea salt and peper as required.. OLA!

    • for one serving;

      Spelt or Kamut wheat Bab with multi seeds
      Poached organic free range egg
      1x half of each: red and orange peppers
      3x spring onions
      handful of mustard seed sprouts
      thick slice of tomatoe on base of bab
      salt and pepper
      first pressing olive oil


    1. shallow fry peppers first-5-10 mins adding spring onions midway through frying. toast bab put the thick tomatoe slice on bottom of toasted bab place poached egg on top of tomatoe place fried peppers and spring onions on top of egg place sprouted mustard seeds ont top and springle salt and peper to your taste lastly drizzle first pressing of good quality olive oil on top and close bab.. and eat for brunch or breakfast
