    Feta and Grilled Pepper Tapenade Spread

    • 200g soft cheese
    • 140g peppers
    • 1 tbsp waitrose sundried tomato and olive tapenade
    • 200g crumbled feta
    • torn fresh basil leaves
    • serve with bagel wedges


    1. Tip a 200g tub creamy soft cheese into a bowl and beat with a wooden spoon to soften. Take half the peppers out of a 280g jar Waitrose Cooks' Ingredients Grilled Peppers and roughly chop. Using a fork, lightly stir these into the cheese with 1 tbsp Waitrose Sundried Tomato And Olive Tapenade and 200g crumbled feta. Spoon into a large serving bowl and top with torn fresh basil leaves. Cover and chill until needed. Serve with wedges of toasted bagel.
