    Fillet of Beef with Soysauce & Butter

    Please try very easy steak sauce with soysauce and butter.

    Serves: 2


    • 2 slices of beef fillet
      6-7 mushrooms, sliced
      30g unsalted butter
      1 tbsp soysauce
      1 clove garlic, halved
      2 tbsp red wine
      1 tbsp cooking oil
      salt & freshly ground black peppercorns


    1. Rub with the garlic on the meat surface and sprinkle with salt and pepper lightly.
    2. Heat the oil in the pan over a high heat, place the meat and garlic. Take out the garlic before burning. Cook the meat for about 3 minutes and turn them over and fry another 2 minutes or your taste. Set aside to keep them warm.
    3. To make the sauce: Reduce the heat, in the same pan melt the butter and add the mushrooms, wine and soysauce. Mix together scraping the surface of the pan and add the juice from the meat, cook for about 3 minutes. Place the meat on each plate and spoon the sauce over. Serve immediately.
