Flaming Calvados Apples
Ingredients

4 tbsp Waitrose Calvados or brandy

50g Waitrose Muscovado Sugar

50g butter

4-6 Cox apples
Method

Peel, core and thickly slice 4-6 Cox apples. Melt 50g butter in a pan, add the apples and fry until tinged with brown. Sprinkle with 50g Waitrose Muscovado Sugar and stir well.

Stir in 4 tbsp Waitrose Calvados or brandy. Ignite carefully, then when flames have died down, serve over ice cream.
