    flapjack crumble

    this is a quick way to use up old eating applesanany other fruit

    My recipe is:

    • Total time: 10 mins prep + 25mins cooking

    Serves: 4


    • 400 grms eating apples
      desert spoon cornflour
      100grams porringe oats
      2 tblspoons of honey
      50 grams of marg or butter


    1. cook apples in a little water until soft add the corn flour and put in a oven proof dish blend the rest of theingredients in a food processor and put on top of the apples and bake in the oven for 25 mins at gas mark 6
