Welcome warmer days withthis fresh and fruity alcohol-free drink.
8 fresh mint leaves, finely chopped
6cm piece cucumber, thinly sliced lengthways
100ml pressed apple juice
bottlegreen Elderflower Tonic Water
1 Place the mint and cucumber in a tall highball glass and add a scoop of crushed ice. Pour in the apple juice, stir well. Top up with elderflower tonic and serve.
